AperØ is an alcohol-free beverage made with natural products that you can mix with tonic, just like gin. It is very refreshing, with both sweet and slightly bitter flavors of grapefruit, rose, raspberry, and, of course, our juniper berries from the estate.

We recommend mixing it with a Fevertree Raspberry and Rhubarb and plenty of ice. Add a slice of grapefruit, and it is ready as a refreshing, alcohol-free, delicious cocktail.

Since it is made with natural products, you can only keep it in the refrigerator for a very limited time after opening. That’s why the bottles are only 50 cl to prevent waste.
