\n\t\n\t\tLa Fondation priv\u00e9e Heihuyzen a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e le 3 octobre 2005 \u00e0 l'initiative de M. Godfroy Lenaerts afin d'\u00e9viter que le domaine, d\u00e9tenu par la famille depuis des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, ne soit morcel\u00e9 et distribu\u00e9 par h\u00e9ritage.\t<\/span>\n<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le domaine Heihuyzen appartenait autrefois \u00e0 la famille Talon, comme en t\u00e9moigne la Talondreef<\/a> du m\u00eame nom \u00e0 Oostmalle. Dans les ann\u00e9es 1850-1865, la famille de notaires bruxellois Gustave van Merstraeten et son p\u00e8re George ont achet\u00e9 les terres \u00e0 la famille Talon. Gustave avait 3 enfants : George, Idesbalde et Marie.
Idesbalde n’avait ni \u00e9pouse ni enfants et vendit sa part vers 1934 \u00e0 la famille Ackermans.

Marie \u00e9pousa Paul Degroux. Et George, mari\u00e9 \u00e0 Marie Louise Pourbaix, \u00e9tait le p\u00e8re d’Alice et Marguerite van Merstraeten.
Marguerite ne s’est pas mari\u00e9e non plus et n’avait donc pas d’h\u00e9ritiers directs. Alice \u00e9pousa Armand Lenaerts, dont l’unique enfant fut Godfroy Lenaerts.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Christophe Lenaerts<\/b> maintient un contact r\u00e9gulier avec le conseil d’administration<\/b> concernant la gestion du domaine<\/b> et les aspects financiers<\/b> \u00e0 soutenir en g\u00e9rant le domaine comme une entreprise<\/b>, dans l’optique de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des revenus suffisants<\/b> pour qu’il puisse fonctionner de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante<\/b>.<\/p>
