Thanks to a special collaboration with a friendly champagne estate in France, we receive the unique opportunity each year to offer an exclusive selection of bottles under our own name. Thus was born the Cuvée Heihuyzen — a champagne that not only bears our name, but also tells the story of craftsmanship, terroir and trust.

This authentic champagne is produced according to the strict rules of the appellation d’origine contrôlée (AOC) in the heart of the Champagne region. Here it is made with utmost care and traditionally fermented in bottle, allowing it to retain its refinement, elegance and sparkling quality.

The Cuvée Heihuyzen is a Blanc de Noirs rosé saignée – made from 100% blue grapes: Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Through brief skin contact, a natural rosé color develops, with intense aromas of red fruit, a powerful structure and at the same time a fresh, lively finish.
