2 New Signature Gins by Christophe Lenaerts for Heihuyzen and Knokke Boat
Christophe Lenaerts was inspired by his passions: nature and the sea, to develop and launch 2 fantastic new signature gins. Following the success of the pine top jenever, we hope that our 2 new gins: the C-gin, Inspired by the Sea, and the M-gin, Inspired by Nature, will achieve the same success.
As of today, they are available for purchase via the webshop of the Heihuyzen domain. Very soon, they will also be available in various stores. A number of restaurants have already placed orders, so you will also be able to taste the gins in several hospitality establishments throughout Belgium.
The 2 gins are available in 5cl and 70cl bottles.
C Gin – Inspired by the Sea
The C-Gin brings the memories of sun, sea and conviviality with family or friends from the beach to your home. Imagine yourself in the dunes, on the border between the salty sea breeze and the lush green polder landscapes. The tangy taste of sea buckthorn berries is complemented by delightful riverside herbs. Christophe Lenaerts, owner of Knokke Boat, developed this gin, drawing inspiration from his trips at sea and in the dunes.
An ideal gin to enjoy at home as a beautiful souvenir of the Knokke Boat seal discovery tour or as a gift for family and friends. The gin has 38% alcohol.
M Gin – Inspired by Nature
A fantastic Campine gin directly from the Heihuyzen domain. Christophe Lenaerts, a connoisseur of all things delicious, launched his first gin in 2020 for his boat company in Knokke: the Knokke Boat Seagarden gin. Following overwhelming success, Christophe decided in 2022 to embark on something new. This resulted in the pine top jenever. As jenever is primarily consumed during the cold, harsh winter months, he also wanted something for the warmer period of the year. A delicious, floral, fragrant gin with notes from his beloved Heihuyzen domain.
Typical Campine flavors and aromas with subtle hints of pine cone, bog myrtle, blackberries, and much more. Pure nature in a bottle. The gin has 43% alcohol.
