New Alcohol-Free Drink from Heihuyzen: AperØ

Following the overwhelming success of the mastentoppen jenever and the 2 signature gins (C gin – inspired by the sea and M gin – inspired by nature) by Christophe Lenaerts, we have now launched an alcohol-free drink: AperØ.

AperØ is a non-alcoholic beverage made with natural ingredients that can be mixed with tonic, similar to gin. It is very refreshing with both sweet and slightly bitter flavors from grapefruit, rose, raspberry, and of course our estate’s pine tops.

We recommend mixing it with Fever-Tree Raspberry and Rhubarb and plenty of ice. Add a piece of grapefruit to create a refreshing, non-alcoholic, delicious cocktail.

As it is made with natural ingredients, it should only be kept in the refrigerator for a limited time after opening. This is why the bottles are only 50cl to prevent waste.
